Quick answer
A genuinely fast business loan skips the slow parts: valuations, bank statement reviews and long forms. Company Cash lends $20,000 to $50,000 secured on property, with no formal valuation and no cash flow evidence, and can fund in as little as 24 hours once approved.
Key points
- Speed comes from fewer steps, not from skipped checks.
- Security on property removes the need for cash flow evidence.
- No formal valuation is needed to start.
- Funding in as little as 24 hours once approved.
- Time to fund

- Loan size

- Valuation, bank statements, profit and loss
- Needed
- Enough equity in property, or a company vehicle with nothing owing
Search for a “same day business loan” and you will find plenty of promises. Some are real. Many are really “same day to apply”, with the decision and the money following days or weeks later once the paperwork has been chased. If you have a payment due tomorrow, the difference matters.
Why most business loans take so long
Look at what a typical lender does between your enquiry and your funds:
- asks for several months of bank statements and works through them;
- asks for financial statements, BAS and sometimes tax returns;
- orders a formal property valuation, which can take days to book and deliver;
- runs credit checks and asks follow-up questions about each of the above;
- sends documents for signing and checks conditions before releasing money.
Every step is reasonable if you are lending against cash flow. It is slow because the lender is trying to predict your future. When the loan is secured on property or an unencumbered vehicle, much of that prediction is unnecessary.
How Company Cash gets to 24 hours
You can borrow $20,000 to $50,000 with real estate as security, to 80% of a home’s value or 70% of commercial property, after existing debt. You do not need a valuation to start or cash flow evidence, and approval can lead to funding within 24 hours.
What speed depends on
Even a fast lender cannot move faster than the information it has. These things decide whether you are at 24 hours or at several days:
- A complete form. Missing property details or business details mean a call back and a delay.
- Clear ownership. The company’s ABN and ACN, and who owns the security, need to match.
- Available security. Property with enough equity, or a vehicle owned outright.
- Signed documents. Paperwork that is returned quickly keeps the clock running.
- Your phone. Our team calls to confirm details. Answer if you can.
When a same day or 24 hour loan makes sense
Speed has real value in some situations:
- a supplier or landlord has set a deadline;
- the ATO has issued a notice and you want to clear it;
- payroll is due and a customer has paid late;
- an opportunity, such as stock at a discount, will not wait;
- another lender has called a loan or declined to roll it over.
In each case, the cost of delay is higher than the cost of moving quickly. What does not make sense is borrowing in a rush without reading the terms. Even at speed, ask what you will repay, how often, and what the contract says about repaying early.
Where the first three months fit
Our loans typically start with up to three months of prepaid interest, then weekly repayments. That gives you time after the money lands to fix whatever caused the problem, whether that is a late payer, a slow month or an ATO debt. See prepaid interest and weekly repayments for how it works.
Questions to put to any fast lender
A quick answer is only useful if it is a straight one. Ask who the lender is and where they are based, what the total cost will be, who pays any fees and when, and whether the money goes to you or directly to your creditor. A reputable lender will answer without hesitation. If the response is vague, or the pressure to sign grows as the clock ticks, treat that as information.
Also be honest with yourself about the deadline. If a payment is due in four hours, call the creditor now. A short extension, agreed before the deadline, is often possible and gives the loan time to arrive properly.
What “approved” means
Approval is when the lender confirms it will lend on agreed terms. Funding follows after contracts are signed and security is registered, which is why we say “in as little as 24 hours once approved”. Ask any lender to explain which step the clock refers to.
Speed also depends on you. Keep your phone close after you submit the enquiry, and have the property address and the company details to hand, because a quick answer on the first call is what keeps the process moving.
A realistic checklist
Before you apply, write down: the amount you need, the date you need it by, the property or vehicle you will offer, its approximate value and what is owing on it, and the company’s ABN and ACN. With those in hand, the application form takes minutes.
Applications are assessed individually and this page is general information, not an offer. Be wary of any lender who guarantees approval before assessing your situation.
Frequently asked questions
Can a business loan really be funded the same day?
Speed depends on the lender, the security and how complete the application is. Company Cash can fund in as little as 24 hours once approved. Anyone promising an instant answer before looking at your file should be questioned.
What slows a business loan down?
Valuations, requests for bank statements and financials, extra questions and incomplete forms. We remove the first three, so what is left is mostly how quickly you reply.
How can I speed up my own application?
Have your ABN, ACN, an estimate of the property's value and the amount owing to hand, and answer the phone when we call.
Is a fast loan more expensive?
Fast does not have to mean costly, but always compare the full cost, including fees and how often repayments are taken, before agreeing.
What if I need the money today and it takes a day?
Tell us the deadline up front. If a payment is due, we can tell you honestly whether the timing can work.
